All orders from Lesa Dyes are shipped from Miami, Florida, USA.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, weekends, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, package dimensions, and the available USPS shipping services.

We ship using USPS services. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Lesa Dyes is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
